Wang Yi congratulated on the 30th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's independence. Wang Yi expressed, the friendship between China and Kyrgyzstan from generation to generation is the general trend and the people's will. As Kyrgyzstan's good neighbor, good friend, and good partner, China respects the choice of Kyrgyz people, supports it in pursuing a development path in line with its own national conditions and supports its policies for safeguarding its national independence, sovereignty, and security. China opposes to foreign interference in Kyrgyz internal affairs under any pretext, and is willing to do its best to support and assist Kyrgyzstan in delivering stability and development.

Wang Yi said, the fight against the pandemic is the priority of the current cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan. China is ready to strengthen vaccine cooperation with Kyrgyzstan, expand the cooperation in disease prevention and control, health emergency, telemedicine, and traditional medicine, and keep close policy communication and technical exchanges. China will continue to provide Kyrgyzstan with materials and technological assistance to the best of its ability, help the country improve the medical services, and accelerate the building of a community of health between China and Kyrgyzstan.

Wang Yi said, China is willing to work with Kyrgyzstan to expand Belt and Road cooperation, synergize the development strategies of the two countries, and expand new areas and open up new prospects for bilateral cooperation. Both sides should step up efforts to negotiate and sign the medium- and long-term economic and trade cooperation plan, and take effective measures to ensure smooth construction of on-going major projects, and unimpeded trade of ports, so as to elevate the bilateral economic and trade cooperation to a new level. China welcomes Kyrgyzstan to attend the 4th China International Import Expo. Both sides should take the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic ties as an opportunity to expand cooperation in culture, media, tourism, and vocational education and at local levels to consolidate the popular foundation of friendship.

Wang Yi emphasized, China is willing to deepen practical cooperation, maintain regional stability, seek win-win results, and deliver common development under the framework of the C+C5 Foreign Ministers' Meeting.

Kazakbaev said, close neighbors are better than distant relatives. China will always be a good neighbor, good brother, and good partner of Kyrgyzstan. The country firmly supports China on issues related to Xinjiang, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, which involve China's core interests, and firmly opposes to any foreign force interfering in China's domestic affairs under any pretext. Kyrgyzstan appreciates China's strong support for its fight against the pandemic. Kyrgyzstan highly appreciates China's remarkable achievements in getting the pandemic under control, being the first to register positive growth, and winning the battle against poverty. Kyrgyzstan sincerely congratulates on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and will advance the synergy of its National Development Strategy by 2026 with the Belt and Road Initiative and strengthen cooperation in the battle against the COVID-19, trade, investment, connectivity, and education. It hopes to strengthen cooperation with China under the frameworks of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, and the C+C5 Foreign Ministers' Meeting to jointly combat "the three forces" of terrorism, separatism, and extremism, oppose foreign interference, and maintain regional and international security.
